A very good question which will be easier to explain when comusico has established a solid user base. At first sight, it seems to complicate things rather than to make things easier. But our future goal is not only to create a community of musicians, but for those who love and work with Classical Music. In order to keep things clean and organized, everyone can sign up and benefit from the extended features of a member without having to provide a musician profile. And only those who actually play an instrument need to go over those few extra steps of creating a musician profile.
